Report Definitions: Audit Log Reports

The article below will describe, as well as show visually, the standard "canned" Audit reports that are available in the Fundriver interface.  User-Defined reports, which allow users to control the content, filtering and formatting of reports, is also available in the Report section.  You can learn more about User-Defined Reports by reviewing the article "How do I create a User-Defined Report in Fundriver?"

Access AUDIT LOG reports by navigating to REPORT > AUDIT LOGS in Fundriver.  The reports available in this section are listed below.

 

Spending Rule Change History Report: Shows a snapshot and User ID each time a spending rule is changed.

Add Fund History: Shows new funds added, by user.

Change History – Fund: Shows changes to fund profiles (View/edit funds in the Organize tab).

Change History –Transactions: Shows edited or deleted transactions.

Close Fund History: Shows funds closed, by user.

Fund Changes: Shows fund changes.

Net Asset Classification Changes: Shows Net Asset Classification changes.

Open Close History: Shows when a period was closed or reopened, by user.

Proof - Investment Earnings Allocation: Shows a break down of all system and client generated activity at the fund level so you can see exactly where your values are coming from.

Reconciliation Activity History: Shows a snapshot and User ID of the investment pool reconciliation each time the Reconcile button is clicked on the investment activity screen.
