If you are in need of consulting services, database processing changes, or custom reports, a Statement of Work will be provided that outlines the estimated cost for the work in question. These charges are beyond what is covered in your client agreement. Please see the attached document for examples of types of work that may be considered billable and our timelines for completing these special requests.
