Good morning Fundriver Community!
Many of our clients have been asked to go through the multi-factor authentication process this past week. Have you? Here's an article that talks about this process: https://fundriver.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000094786-Multi-Factor-Authentication-Security-Feature
Here's why- if the fingerprint of your computer changes ever so slightly from the last time you logged on, you'll be asked to go through the multi-factor process. This often happens when automatic updates take place on your PC.
Some of our users have the token code sent to their email address. Please make sure to check your spam or junk mail folders! We have seen some instances where the firewall at the institution does delay your receipt of the token code. Please note that each time you send yourself a token code, it is set to expire in 10 minutes. If you're experiencing issues with receiving your token code by email, we suggest trying a personal email address or have the code sent as a text to your cell phone.
Please let us know if you need any help with this process!
Have a great week :)
