Our Team prefers these two methods of contact for a couple of different reasons. Written communication gives us an opportunity to research your specific scenario or question, without keeping you on the phone. Our ticketing system also organizes all of our written communication with you. This allows our Team to have historical data if there is ever any turn over at your organization; essentially we have your notes at our fingertips!
Our Team is happy to schedule follow up phone calls within 24 hours. If your matter is urgent, let us know! We will do whatever we can to help you!
